A classic Yule Log, this festive cake is inspired by the traditional Christmas sponge rolled into a swirl and coated to resemble a rustic winter log. Light, moist, and beautifully chocolatey, it has long been a favourite among our Cambridge customers — a truly beautiful Christmas centrepiece, wonderfully moist and delicious.
Made with a soft, rich chocolate sponge and filled with a smooth, creamy chocolate centre, it’s wrapped in a silky milk-chocolate ganache that gives it its signature melt-in-the-mouth texture. Finished with vibrant red currants for a touch of festive colour, it’s a comforting, indulgent treat to share with family and friends throughout the season.
